Return, refund & exchange policy

We offer risk-free returns for all orders. All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide your original order number in order to place a return. Refunds can only go back onto original form of payment. 

All products must be in its original packaging with CO2 canister removed for safe return shipping.  

How do I place a return or exchange? 

We’re sorry to hear you didn't love your Carbon8. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we'll take it from there.

How long does it take to process a return? 

Once the item has returned to our facility in non-damaged condition, we will process the refund back to the original credit card. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. 

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, sales items can be returned. 

Can I change/ cancel my order? 

We're currently working through a high volume of orders and may not be able to change or cancel your order prior to shipment.
